Iram Tariq is a special counsel in Cadwalader’s Leveraged Finance & Private Credit Group in London. She focuses on leverage and acquisition financing advising investment banks, private debt funds, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on national and cross-border finance transactions.

Prior to joining Cadwalader, Iram was an associate at a global law firm in London.

Iram completed her Legal Practice Course from the College of Law and received her B.A. (Hons) from the University of Manchester. Iram is admitted to practice in England & Wales.
