Wouter Jongen is a dual English and Netherlands law qualified finance lawyer focusing on leveraged financings and restructurings. He is based in Amsterdam and London.

Wouter advises on the financings for international and national private equity sponsors (such as Ambienta, Ardian, Aquiline, Bridgepoint, CVC, Equistone, Hg, IK, Three Hills, Triton and Vitruvian) and for all major Dutch PE funds (such as Egeria, NPM, Mentha, Parcom, Waterland, Rivean and Nordian).

Having advised on the very first and the largest direct lending transaction in the Benelux (as well as numerous deals in between), Wouter is at the forefront of the private capital market acting for the likes of Ares, Blackrock, ICG, Pemberton, Tikehau, Permira and others.
