Jiaming is an EU‑trained antitrust and regulatory lawyer with extensive experience advising on China, the wider APAC region, and cross‑border matters. Her work spans complex international merger control, antitrust investigations, and national security reviews, and she has advised a wide range of global clients across sectors including technology, automotive, energy, and private equity. She has considerable experience handling cases in front of Chinese and international antitrust authorities.
Earlier in her career, Jiaming spent several years with Hogan Lovells and other top international firms in Brussels, Beijing and Shanghai, where she gained significant experience on high‑profile Chinese and international matters.
