Fabian Flüchter-Reche advises companies on complex intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on cross-border patent litigation. He represents national and international clients before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), combining strategic litigation management with seamless coordination of international teams. His clients include medical device manufacturers, semiconductor and pharmaceutical companies, as well as businesses in the aerospace and mechanical engineering sectors.
Fabian also advises on technology-driven transactions involving intellectual property. From due diligence to contract negotiations, he supports clients in structuring and implementing license agreements and R&D collaborations tailored to their business objectives. He draws on extensive experience in handling complex technology transactions – particularly in highly regulated industries such as medical technology, semiconductors, and pharmaceuticals.
International and interdisciplinary collaboration shapes Fabian's daily work. Another key area of his practice is advising on publicly funded research projects, especially under the EU’s flagship funding program Horizon Europe. In this context, he ensures legally sound consortium agreements and compliance with European funding requirements.
