Stuart N. Goldstein

His practice spans the full lifecycle of CMBS and CRE CLO transactions, from origination and execution through to workouts and restructurings of securitized and other financial assets. Stuart also represents clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and multifamily mortgage loans, mezzanine and subordinate debt, and residential mortgage loans across both whole loan and participation structures.

Stuart brings deep market knowledge across performing and distressed situations, supporting clients on complex securitisation structures, intercreditor arrangements and financing solutions across the capital structure.

Stuart is an active supporter of the Alzheimer's Association's Western Carolina Chapter, for which he received the 2019 Award of Excellence, and contributes to community and professional initiatives in the Charlotte market.
