Hai is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of experience advising on high-stakes inbound private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, cross-border commercial contracts, and corporate governance matters, including compliance and anti-corruption. With a focus on real estate and real estate M&A, Hai has been instrumental in orchestrating some of Vietnam’s most significant market transactions. His expertise spans diverse industries, including education, healthcare, consumer and retail, financial services, as well as the thermal and renewable energy sectors.
Hai works closely with multinational corporations, domestic and foreign investors, private equity funds, financial institutions, real estate developers, and energy firms, helping them navigate Vietnam's rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape to deliver strategic, practical and actionable solutions.

KKR on several of its investments in Vietnam, including the USD650m investment in Vinhomes, EQuest Education Group, KiotViet, and Masan Group and its subsidiaries.*
