Harry (Hyunjin) Park helps clients navigate and protect cutting-edge innovations across a broad range of advanced and emerging technologies shaping the future of industry and society.

Harry is a registered patent attorney and focuses his practice on patent drafting and prosecution for advanced technologies, with particular emphasis on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and generative AI. With a background in electrical and computer engineering, he helps clients protect innovations involving complex algorithms, data-driven models, and next-generation platforms.

Before law school, Harry worked at the Korean Defense Agency for Technology, where he applied his expertise in wireless communication system design to next-generation command and control systems. He also collaborated with U.S. defense organizations—including federal agencies and major contractors—on emerging military satellite and tactical communication technologies.

Harry earned his J.D. from Albany Law School as a Founder’s Scholar and holds M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona, where his research focused on cognitive radio systems. His technical work has been published in IEEE journals and conference proceedings.

Combining deep technical expertise with legal insight, Harry advises on complex patent matters involving AI architectures, data processing systems, and integrated circuit design.
