He assists and represents French and international companies in both advisory and litigation matters, particularly in digital advertising and publishing, e-commerce, online services, media (including harmful content blocking and protection of minors), mobility, and the luxury industry.
He advises French, European, and global clients on compliance with the GDPR and ePrivacy regulations, as well as frameworks governing non-personal data, through due diligence, investigations, data transfer and sharing risk assessments, data transfer agreements, privacy policies, and records of processing activities. His expertise also includes cybersecurity assistance, data breach and incident response management, notifications, and cyber-crisis management.
Additionally, Rémy focuses on the implementation of and compliance with the recent European digital services legislative package, competition and transparency regulations for digital activities, and enhanced cyber-resilience obligations (AI Act, DSA, DMA, DGA, Data Act, DORA, NIS2, etc.). Since their inception, he has been actively involved in AI project management, governance, and compliance, as well as their contractual implementation.
Rémy also assists clients with their contractual strategies for the distribution of mobile and location-based applications, as well as the procurement of IT and Cloud services, software licensing, and the protection of intellectual property assets, notably through distribution and licensing agreements, the drafting of general terms and conditions, and related negotiations.
Admitted to the Paris Bar (2021), the California Bar (2025), and as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Quebec (2025), Rémy is also an IAPP-certified privacy professional (CIPP/E, CIPP/US), providing a holistic perspective on compliance issues for international firms across a variety of sensitive sectors.
