Eshana Subherwal regularly acts for clients on a range of issues across the full product lifecycle - from the development and launch of innovative products on the market, to ongoing compliance and end-of life product issues. She provides extensive advice on product regulatory and safety requirements, product-related commercial and consumer law issues, and product liability risk mitigation. Eshana also advises on regulatory issues relating to online platforms and digital content, including advising on global digital accessibility requirements. She has a particular interest in Artificial Intelligence, IoT, disruptive technology and e-commerce.

Eshana works with global companies across a range of sectors, including consumer electronics, wearables, textiles and apparel, and provides strategic, practical solutions which take into account advice across multiple jurisdictions. 

Eshana was recently seconded to a leading UK consumer products company where she advised on a range of product regulatory and consumer law issues. Eshana has also previously worked in the Hogan Lovells' Singapore Office where she advised on a range of commercial issues in the technology sector.
