As an associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice, Eleanor advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law. This includes advising clients on multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign direct investment in the UK and competition law compliance. She also advises clients on investigations by competition authorities and competition litigation, and has experience acting for clients in cases before the CAT and European courts.
Representative experience
Acting for a major international bank in relation to an appeal of a decision by the European Commission.
Advising clients across a range of sectors on the application of merger control and foreign direct investment laws.
Advising medical technology company Zimmer Biomet on its $1.1bn acquisition of medical device company Paragon 28.
Advising clients on obtaining UK merger control and FDI clearance of transactions.
