Daniela Archi is an Associate in our Corporate M&A practice in Italy.
Daniela specializes in domestic and cross-border M&A and extraordinary transactions, including private equity, joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings, capital investments and corporate reorganizations. Her practice focuses on advising leading companies, investment funds, and financial institutions on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions across multiple sectors.
Before joining Hogan Lovells, Daniela gained professional experience in the Corporate and M&A department of prominent Italian law firms. She graduated from La Sapienza University in 2021 and was admitted to the Italian bar in 2024.
